Italian sculptor, painter, architect and poet of the High Renaissance born in the Republic of Florence, who exerted an unparalleled influence on the development of Western art. Considered by many the greatest artist of his lifetime, and by some the greatest artist of all time, his artistic versatility was of such a high order that he is often considered a contender for the title of the archetypal Renaissance man.

URBANAS is an international ART AND URBAN PLANNING agency founded by the sieblings Paula Lloveras and Anto Lloveras. Since its inception, it has specialized in generating and documenting projects at the crossroads between the fields of architecture, art, science, urbanism, and the humanities. The curatorial, exhibition and film projects result in a language between the conceptual and the objectual. Paula Lloveras and Anto Lloveras, are architects and urban planners, based in SPAIN and NORWAY. They run LAPIEZA ART SERIES in parallel and have curated 130 exhibitions, presenting 1500 works of art in collaborations with artists, artist-run spaces and museums. In parallel to their independent curatorial work, they have founded CAPA, a council for new hermeneutics and research at the UCR3. Their work has been exhibited and published in different magazines and they are editors of two upcoming publications. Both were trained as architects at the ETSAM in Madrid, at the Delft University of Technology and at the Gothenburg Polytechnic. They have taught studies and seminars at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU. Their current interests include the structure of philosophical hermeneutics in relation to SOCIOPLASTICS, the device that they develop in epistemology and narratives to approach the processes of conceptual art and urbanism.
