THE WEATHER DIARY THAT WAITED A CENTURY TO MATTER

Handwritten weather records remain unused for decades. New digitization methods later make them searchable, allowing researchers to reconstruct long-term climate patterns. Their value was not created when the records were stored. It was released when a later technical condition made them usable. Test it by identifying what changed around the archive and specifying what the records can now do that they could not do before.
